Decided to go 60HP HT merc for a kicker

Have had the good fortune to shoot a shitload of lings, shuck my fair share of rock scallops, tickle the belly's of a boatload of abs and bag a few bushels of pectin scallops over the course of my diving career. If you don't dive already, you should give it some serious thought. Beside all the obvious advantages, being able to also work below the water line might just come in handy in some outta the way place you find yourself in the future....

All the aluminum work is done inside the cabin
It’s been acid washed to prep for paint and all of the dash cutouts done
Hopefully we didn’t forget much

The builder started on the bracket yesterday
With some luck it may be ready to go to the dealer to start rigging in a couple weeks

The inside of the cabin got a coat of primer today so paint process is rolling
Also about done with the swim step/motor mounts
And the transom door opening is cut in

They have the cedar planed down to 1/2 and I think it’s gonna look good as a headliner
