It’s actually a pretty solid test bed for scopes, barrels, experiments, whatever.

Personally,I prefer about 3 TPI ala SawzAll and a touch dull. It'll stipple the barrel's exterior for MAXIMUM traction and the muzzle is stealthy,as it won't reflect light and scare innocent Critters.





Makes it nice to pinpoint balance/handling and get a read on velocity.
