Guy on the fire was saying 3 down, 4th was sticky. Any COAL advantage over factory mags?

Haven’t put the calipers on it. The mag box is fairly thin so it may be minimal gain. I have some 22 Grendel laying around here somewhere. Moving and shits everywhere it’s not supposed to be.

That's much better! I'd like to know as well on mag length. There's another bottom metal that's similar that will be available from another website that has a COAL of 2.48" and if my memory is correct the factory mag measures 2.313"

Wanted to buy that one but his aren’t to market yet.

Factory mag 2.340
Oregun 2.470

Dropped right into a McMillan Edge Sako Classic inlet for the mini. B&C inlet is snug but is a one beer dremel episode.

Swallowed 4 but feeding that first one from the right was stiff. Would take some feed rail adjustment to be snag free and I’m happy with 3 down.

The B&C sporter has a Terrainish feel to it but the Edge sako makes for a rediculously trim package. I’ll have to check weights but I’m pretty sure you would be sub 7 pounds with the heavy barrel version WITH a FF.

Suddenly feeling much better about last years drunken Mini Grendel spree. Original intent was 22 Grendel donor and I see that happening now.
