Go to the video on the youtubes and click "share"

click embed

copy the text in the box (for ease copy all of the text, but apparently the highlighted text in the pic is all that is needed)

Paste in the reply box and click post/submit/whatever

And you're done

I do mine a little different.

I just copy the web address out of the address bar on top of the web page with the video, then select the media or video icon and paste it in.

This is assuming you’re using a video from YouTube or something.
