Suppressor for 22 Creed

I have a YHM Turbo suppressor, and it’s rated for a 5.56 NATO with a 10.5” barrel. I want to put it on my 22 Creed with a 22” barrel.

I called YHM to ask if the Turbo would take it. He said he didn’t know; he wasn’t familiar with the 22CM round. He did say the Turbo worked fine with a .22-250 and their 26” barrel.

What do you guys think?

Cans aren't my World. If Yankee' wasn't a spooked with a 22-250,a Speedmire shouldn't change things. Might be worth another call or email,explain that it's a 22-250AI.state propellant volume and projectile velocity,so as to paint a pressure picture and see how that goes over.

If only to have something to fall back upon,in the event things get "weird" many rounds down the road. One of many reasons I like emails..............(grin)

I called back to YHM, and talked to a different guy. This guy told me the Turbo is rated for a .22-250 with a 20-inch barrel. I asked him if I’d be good with a 22-Creed at 22-inches, and he thought I’d be fine.

He also said they would warranty or repair it. Probably should have used email and got that in writing, though.
