In fairness, Brownell's latest shipment below. Paper/foam shown being the only protection in the box. As a bonus, no refund or replacement until/if FedEx decides if they will accept responsibility; ~45 days per Brownell's. I order a good amount from them & didn't know this is how they handle damaged shipments. Shit happens, how you deal with it is what makes the difference.

Replacement scheduled to arrive today, from Midway. Hopefully in better shape than this one.

That's how my last order of bullets (the exact same bullets, actually) came from Midway, as well. Bummer they can't be a little more conscientious in the packing dept.

Also, the plastic used for the Lapua bullet boxes does seem more fragile than Barnes or Speer. Our recent cold snap doesn't seem to help much, either.
