Thoughts on the Cooper Raptor?

I have been planning my next build with a 700 short action. I found an opportunity to pick a Cooper Raptor up in 6.5CM, for a lot less than MSRP. Thoughts on this one?

I'm not a Cooper guy,mainly because I own 'em.

If the stock and package call,then buying right is certainly not a bad move. 1800 clams to me is a 700 in a KRG with a James spout,good trigger and a free scope or two.

But I tend to look at things different than most..................
