Hope this isn’t an omen for the rest of the year.
Power went out about 1pm yesterday and they say it may be a couple days till it comes back on. Nothing like the constant drone of a generator to give you that warm and fuzzy feeling.

Don’t know what got into the post office but they actually delivered a package to me 2 days early. The norm around here for the last 3 months has been more along the lines of 2 weeks late.

It's seems that more and more rifles are getting set up for Beer Cans expressly. The Sugars are for Giggles,if only as per always.

Pard is setting up a Howie 7" 243 Kreedmire for them now, with a 6x MQ in Lapooey SRP brass..............

Using the numbers you provided and with adjustments for altitude and speed it takes me to 1.49, right on the edge.....

I can or have only gotten 105s up to the 3050 range from my 18” barrel, 3150 is out of reach.

I’ll have to pick up a box and find out.

I didn't see the Carbine Disclaimer coming. Which rifle and how do you feed it? COAL is likely gonna be a factor.................(grin)

Well 2021 is starting to shape up.

Finally got on a good job that should run to the end of the year at least. A pretty good group of guys that I’ve worked with in the past. We’re building a gas fired gen station.

Stick what’s a reasonable set off 34mm rings for a vudoo if one was inclined to give that scope a try

I threw Reupold PRW 34mm Medium's in the cart, along with it. Be the first 34mm tube I have, but simply couldn't afford not to.

I don't see how a guy could get hurt....................

Prw is what I was just looking at.. I also have no 34mm scopes at this point. Might be worth a try

I ordered PRW 2's,to be specific and their listed height is .850",which makes me think 60MOA Vudoo rail.

It'll be at the bottom of the bottom, for a 50yd zero.

Keep in mind 75yd parallax!.....................

I overlooked the 75 yard parallax thanks for the reminder there. Went ahead and got one anyway to see how it shakes out

Glad to hear it 'gunner. What do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking?

Glass is noticeably better and parralax down to 50 vs 75 for the non pro. That being said, glass on the non pro is very nice, just not as good as the pro. My son is shooting the HDMR II. Both of ours track perfectly and have a reasonable amount of erector travel but my pro offers just a little cleaner picture.

Im becoming a pretty big fan of all things Bushnell Elite Tactical.

Roger and thanks.

Appreciate the insight.

I'm thinking 7" RPM Heavy 7-08 for 180's and it's added mass, simply for recoil reduction...................

One thing for sure if the 50 yard parallax checks out I might be powerless to resist another. Last I checked earlier today they were still in stock

I wish I could compare blueprints but I only have the one! I went renegade stock and 18” ACE in MTU.
I have a pic of a few others..but save for the menstruated tiger stripe sporter, and allowing for the chassis, they are more similar than not

Today is a much better day for general scope fingering and parallax dialing so I’ll see what happens.

I keep thinking a 20" Hummer Vudoo in a Sako Hunter,wearing a Ranch contour.

Then I shoot my 1717D HB...............(grin)

Yep I understand that. I have a Cooper in HMR and it fills that void adequately. I convinced myself that if I get another voodoo it’s going to be .22

The problem is lots of other interesting 22s keep popping up

DMR showed up today..p-knob says 50?
I think the illuminated ones are 75. There’s a thread in the hide discussing it.

This rifle is fucking SOUND. Ran 40rds through it and it's generally in the low .3's in today's conditions with formed fodder, but that weren't the case or close.(grin)

I REALLY fucked up,not bringing it's prior glass along with(10x MOA Quad in Badger rings). Parallax was suplizingly forgiving and I liked everything about it,except when making erector adjustments and/or zoom changes. 40X trigger, though I muchly prefer 2-ounce Shilen's,but it ain't like I've never not shot this fucking thing before.

I'll shoot tomorrow, swap scopes and will weigh those findings, with a cleaning rod in wait. I know it has nothing to do with the bore, but it pays to be thorough before launching shit offa cliff.

The LRTS's and LRTSi's in the herd are fucking exceptional. My LRHSi G2 '18x was a piece of fucking shit, which they replaced, less mention of what was up mechanically. They tossed me a LRTSi replacement, which was great news and certainly less complaint(I much prefer the G3 reticle).

I'm thinking I'll whirl and twirl the bitch, mechanically center everything and start from the fucking start. Nothing rattles,so there's hope.............(grin)
