Anyone ever used them?

Been curious about them for some time, but haven't spoken to anyone that has used them.

One thing I'd like to try, is screw on a mount for the GoPro and send that thing down while trolling...no one makes an underwater trolling vid cam for under 3k that looks like its worth a shit.
