I'm not terribly well-versed in all things rifle related. I saw a Rem 700 long-action .257 Roberts just sell over on the 'fire. Guys were ooohing and ahhhing over it, but I guess I didn't really see the attraction. If you are going to get bumped into a long action and want a .25 cal, wouldn't you be better off with a .25-06?

Are there reasons to go LA on a .257 Bob?
