So, anyone ever run a 284 case in the Montana? I'm in the process of buying the Kimber Bob barrel in the classifieds, and am tooled up with 25/284 brass and dies for Calvin's old 25/284 TI.

Jump in with both feet? Any expected modifications to followers and boxes and lips and things?

I would think you would have to set the barrel back a good bit for the 25/284 to clean up a 257 bob chamber.

Have one spout that started as a Bob,then I went Better Bob and lastly 25-284.

Pass the 25-284 and hold the fluff...................

Kimber has a bit of shank to play with there.
