Any of you guys know of any cubs out there for sale? I've looked at most of the ones for sale here in AK an they are either bent up, extremely over priced (60k cub that some asshole wants 100k) or legitimate 100k cubs that are way too nice for what I have planned for it.

I'm looking for a cub that's straight, doesn't need a fabric job, low to mid time 0320 150hp, could care less if its ugly or not just don't need junk, and don't need floats/skis 40k to 70k price range

Thanks Zac

I think Labdad has one for sale right now, sitting in his hangar. Can't remember the details.....(KT tells me it might be sold)

Fairbanks? I need to make a trip up there next month. I might have to scout some of the airfields while i'm there.

Frank Henrikson has his Cub for sale. It's the one they certified the Dakota Cub wings, brakes, etc., on. He is around the $80,000 range on the price. It's a good, straight cub that I have flown on wheels and floats. The O-320 has been converted to 16ohp. The bottom end of the engine was done about 300 hours ago and the top was done with new cylinders about 240 hours ago, since they were done separately it cannot be logged as a major overhaul. It runs strong. It has the squared, slotted wings, same as I have on my homebuilt Cub, with the 23 gallon tanks. Could be what you are looking for.

There's a couple on Craigslist in the 60's, but have not looked at them of course...

This one sounds ok... but the fabric is from 81.
