I went to the pictures thread and they seem to be showing up full size (no scrolling left to right needed) now. My connection is too slow for them to load fully though, I just caught the top of KTs head in a couple pictures.

So, I'm thinking it's better.

I hear that they're going to advertise that marine lead job externally, as well as internally. Think I'll apply. I could use the full time gig these days. The time off is cool, but 2 months in the Spring, and then again in the Fall is a bit much.
