I can't wait until after Christmas, going to pick up a Kimber Montana in 7WSM. Leupy 3.5-10x40 or a 6x42 dressed with M1's and fastened with LW's. Sweet.....

Picked up my .338 Federal in Colville Oct 26; fit it to the stock at Orville's between hunting trips. I have ammo -- factory and handloads, so will try it out when I get home.
For those not familiar -- it's on a Ruger 77 Mk II RSI; PacNor 3-groove, tefloned, Hawkeye African-style irons.
It's only been at the smith's since January -- guess he was running on taxidermist-time.
