I normally use an adjustable GB on most AR builds, & would use a carbine weight buffer & a Spring standard (white) spring, but am doing several right now, one of which is rifle gas w/o an adjustable GB & I know you like rifle gas...........so I expect you have what I want to know in your pocket. LOL

Given a .093" gas port on the 18" rifle gas barrel, what is your starting point for spring & buffer weight with 5.56 pressure ammo? Got enough different springs & buffers to make most combinations.

I'm a Slash Slut and dig on the included Wolff XP springs in his kits. Both for '10's and '15's,I'll greedily take his HEAVY set up.

Flipside being,I don't even own an adjustable block.

I've got piles of other shit laying around,but that's my preferred.............
