i've had this thing for 4 or 6 years now, can't fucking remember, and still ain't figured out what to do with it? factory M77 tang in 22-250. i've got enough 22 cals. What is the coolest hot shit thing to do with this? going to dupe contour and keep it at 19" cause i'm odd. other than that i haven't a fucking clue??? I've been out of touch with important shit cause of work for too long. time to get back at it.

I'd not go 6.5 to "bask" in added boolit expense and increased drop/drift.

Rugers have greater COAL than a 700 or the ilk and it'd be a shame to fuck that away,in order to pay extry to get less.

i have a tendency to overthink shit. was thinking 25-284 when i got the damn thing and now i just don't want to fuck with that anymore. 243 it shall be.... 1-8 at 18-19... or even 20...

Build for balance and the rest will fall into place. Being Rugers ain't light and the handle is gelcoat,I'd be thinking 20" as a minimum in the dupe contour you cite. That'll help the ears a smidge too.

You'll see 2900fps+ with '17 fueled 105's and they crack shit...............
