I have a few adjustable gas blocks, one on my 223 and one on a 6x6.8, but they apparently aren't that good. I have one closed all the way and still have enough leakage to cycle the bolt. What gas block are you guys recommending? .750 dia

On the charging handle, I have noticed getting some gas coming back and getting in my eyes. I am running suppressed also.

not where I would like
Superlative Arms gas bleed is my go to.

I use Silicone to form a seal at the charging handle. I grease the upper and form a wall/cup of silicone on the charging handle. Let it sit up over night.

I generally do all of the above, and run this (expensive) guy:

You can also get the Raptor handle in an 'SD' format (holes drilled in the top) which supposedly is nice, but I've never used them.

Gas vent + sealing the charging handle (and tuning the gas system in general) mitigates the problem tremendously.

Superlative for easy adjustment alone. Can't comment on long term durability but it looks to be a solid concept.
I like vltor/bcm Mod4's for no other reason than it works and it's cheap.
